I am not receiving emails from Odyssey

Sometimes Odyssey emails are filtered or blocked by an email service provider. Here are a few things you can do to to ensure you receive emails from Odyssey.

Verify your email address was entered correctly
Check your Promotions, Spam and/or Junk folder(s). Sometimes Odyssey emails are filtered into a folder other than your primary inbox.
If you are using a corporate email, try a different email address. Sometimes corporate spam filters will tag Odyssey emails as spam.
For Outlook users: Outlook provides a way to add domains to a Safe Senders list. If you do not see our emails, try adding our domain odyssey.stream to your Safe Senders list. Check out Outlook's instructions on adding Safe Senders here.
